Wemwo Terms of Use

Effective from 26 September 2026.

Wemwo (we match work) is an app that helps job seekers and employers find each other. By using Wemwo you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.

1. The service

Wemwo suggests the best-matching jobs and candidates based on the candidate profile and the job requirements.
A candidate applies for a job, and the employer replies "Match" or "Not a fit". A match opens a chat.
Wemwo is not an employer or an employment agency and is not a party to any employment relationship. Candidates and employers agree on terms and contracts between themselves.
The service is currently free. We will announce any paid features (if introduced) in advance; they would be optional.

Wemwo may be used by people aged 16 and over.
Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for actions taken in your account.
You can delete your account in the app at any time.

Post only real, current job offers with the actual salary (or range) and conditions.
Never ask candidates for money – for the job, training, documents or anything else.
Do not discriminate on the basis of gender, age, nationality, disability, family status or other legally protected characteristics; do not ask about current or previous pay.
Reply to candidates within 7 days. If you don't, the candidate receives an automatic reply, and this is reflected in your response rate.
Use candidates' data only for recruitment for the specific position and do not pass it on to third parties.
Company details are checked before jobs become visible. Incorrect details may lead to the company being rejected or suspended.

Provide accurate information about yourself, your experience and qualifications.
Communicate politely with employers and attend agreed meetings or cancel them in good time.

Posting misleading, offensive, discriminatory or illegal content, spam or advertising.
Impersonating another person or company, creating fake accounts.
Collecting other users' data for purposes other than recruitment, disrupting the service.

If you notice a violation, tap "Report" in the chat. Wemwo may remove content, close a job, suspend a company or block an account.

Wemwo aims to keep the service running without interruption but cannot guarantee it.
Wemwo is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by users or for agreements between employers and candidates and their performance.
The match score is a helping tool and does not guarantee that you will be invited or hired.

We will notify you in the app about significant changes to these terms. By continuing to use the service you accept the changes.
The law of the Republic of Lithuania applies. Disputes are resolved by negotiation and, failing that, by the courts of Lithuania. Consumers may also contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority.

The service is provided by Wemwo (self-employed activity, individual activity certificate No. 1523557), Lithuania.
