Deleting your Wemwo account

Wemwo (we match work) is a job search app. The service is provided by Wemwo (self-employed activity, individual activity certificate No. 1523557), Lithuania.

How to delete your account in the app

• Open Wemwo and sign in.
• Candidates: "Profile" tab → "Delete account" at the bottom.
• Employers: "Company" tab → "Delete account" at the bottom.
• Confirm – your account and data are deleted within a few minutes.

If you no longer have the app

Email info@wemwo.com from the address you registered with, with the subject "Account deletion". We will delete the account and confirm within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in details.
• Candidate profile, photo, applications, chats, meetings and ratings.
• For employers – your company membership. If the company has no members left, its jobs are closed, chats with candidates are ended and the company is marked as deleted.
• Push notification identifiers.

What may remain

• Crash reports (without name or email) – up to 90 days, until Google deletes them automatically.
• Chat messages you sent may remain visible in the other participant's chat history if they have not deleted their account.
• Backups, if any, are deleted according to Google's service terms.
